The Michelin star-aspiring Walnut Club is one of the UK’s first strictly Organic Restaurants, based in Hathersage in the breathtaking and stunning Peak National Park, on the outskirts of Sheffield. Richard Mills is a hospitality, food and drink visionary supported by fellow Director and Head Chef, Nick Wilson.  Wilson had previously worked seven years alongside Jean Christophe Novelli, and as head chef in several Michelin Star establishments during that time. The Walnut Club can best be described as West End contemporary cooking meets Peak District Organic lifestyle.
