Champagne celebrations were flowing as we were awarded the ‘Most Promising New Business’ winner and also finalists in the ‘Business Commitment to the Community’ category of Business Awards Derbyshire 2008.Walnut Awards1
 
Hosted by Gyles Brandreth, the black tie Awards Ceremony took place at Pride Park Stadium on Friday 22nd February 2008. Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber is the largest Chamber of Commerce in the East Midlands. Following the recent merger of the two Chambers, they will represent 1000’s of business in Notts and Derbyshire and will be known as a super Chamber (Pictured with awards Graham Mitchell & Craig Macfarlane).
 
With in a few weeks The Walnut Club restaurant & outside catering company have been awarded entry into the most prestigious food guide in the world ‘The Michelin Guide 2008’ and now the most promising business award from the Chamber. 2008 has started of perfectly and with the successful launch of our second site The Walnut Club Champagne bar & grill restaurant on Ecclesall Road in Sheffield this year, we are all extremely proud!
