Wednesday 15 February 2012, The Endcliffe Village, from 12.00pm
Students, staff, alumni and local residents are coming together to smash the Guinness world record for the most people flipping a pancake.
You don't need to bring a pan. You will be provided with a frying pan and a pancake when you register on the day. There'll also be free pancakes, jacket potatoes, soup, coffee and other yummy things available for participants.
We'll be collecting donations for three local charities too – AACT: Asperger’s Children and Carer’s Together, Project Buzz and Paces Sheffield.

Due to popular demand, The Milestone’s renowned cookery schools are back! Our courses give you the opportunity to learn new skills in a friendly and informal atmosphere.
All Cookery School courses are held at the Wig & Pen.
In this half-day course suitable for beginners, learn how to make bread dough from scratch. You will be provided with the skills and techniques needed for dough handling, shaping and baking.

In addition to our normal menus, Head Chef Tom will be serving his favourite pancakes on Tuesday 21st February. They will be available from 12 noon until 2.30 pm and from 5.30 pm until 9 pm.
