Due to popular demand, The Milestone’s renowned cookery schools are back! Our courses give you the opportunity to learn new skills in a friendly and informal atmosphere.
All Cookery School courses are held at the Wig & Pen.
We will show you how to make a variety of complex breads using fresh yeast, dried yeasts and even no yeast. And we will include lunch with a selection of your freshly baked goods, still warm from the oven!
