Sat 4th Aug 12 Pig in a Day @ The Milestone Cookery School
Due to popular demand, The Milestone’s renowned cookery schools are back! Our courses give you the opportunity to learn new skills in a friendly and informal atmosphere.
Each full day course includes coffee on arrival, lunch with a glass of wine, and afternoon coffee. Courses begin at 10:30am (max 8 people) and finish @ 4pm, unless otherwise stated, and cost £110pp.
This course will be held at The Milestone
In our full day course, dedicated to our favourite animal, learn how to utilise every part of the pig. You will learn everything from curing to filleting
