Fresh Vine Leaves delicately stuffed with seasoned Rice, Garlic, Herbs and Lemon.

Traditional Lamb and Beef Meatballs cooked in a Roast Tomato and Oregano Sauce. Served with Pita Bread.

Beautifully home-made Spinach and Feta pastries.

How to make bread

El Toro the Spanish canteen & tapas bar in Broomhill is offering free bread making lessons every Sunday until the end of Feb from 12.30 - 1.30pm covering ingredients, needing, proofing & baking.

Owner David Neville who has developed bread for M&S and the Michelin star rated Vicarage says 'it's become something of a lost art bread making which I'm really looking forward to showing people, it's going to be good fun and kids are more than welcome'.

You can watch David & the team making bread on your way to work in El Toro’s window most mornings and sample their speciality hand made bread daily from 8am for breakfast, lunch & tea.
