We are dedicated to carefully sourcing and championing local produce. All our meat is from local farms and is free range, including our own Milestone exclusive rare breed pigs!
By its openess the kitchen flaunts its passion and confidence. At the Milestone we are truly innovative in this field and we're Sheffield's first true gastro pub.
We dont believe in buying in products when we can make them ourselves, with full traceability and knowing that they are to the highest standard.
