Spice Market Cafe is an East-meets-West experience offering everything from Sri Lankan and Japanese to Indian and Thai dishes.
"There's no authenticity to this restaurant whatsoever - it's Brit spice," says Richard Smith. "It's about taking the ingredients and the spices and flavours and giving them a Western twist." This new concept is influenced by the best of fusion-style restaurants across the UK and abroad.
