Yee Kwan Ice Cream and Sorbet

A lot of Love and Care gose into creating the delicious Far Eastern inspired recipies for Yee Kwans award winning, honest, hand crafted Ice creams and Sorbets.

Using only good tasty ingredients, I began making Ice Crean which fused the flavours of my Chinese heritage with the thrill of Childhood trips to the Ice Cream Parlour in Yorkshire- it proved so popular we started a family business.

All our milk is sourced from a local farm near to where we make small batches of our super delicious ice cream. We carefully blend and add the ingredients by hand, giving us full control over quality and taste.

Our Sorbets are a refreshing and low fat alternative to the deliciously rich ice creams. Clean tasting and invigorating, they allow the realm fruit flavour to burst through.
