PJ Taste and The Sheffield Brewery Company present an evening of Food, Fungi and Beer

Dr Patrick Harding  will give an illustrated talk on the best edible wild fungi growing in Britain; where to look for them and how to recognise them. Dr Tim Stillman will lead tours of the brewery giving a wonderful assault on the senses: the aroma of the hops; the crunch of the malt; the sight of yeast fermenting and the taste of some wonderfully individual fine quality real ales .

PJ taste will provide welcome drinks and nibbles and hot dishes of fungal pleasure .
