Mon 11th Jan 10 Christian’s Restaurant launches on 23rd January
Christian Kent, formally of the Blue Room Brasserie in Sheffield, is delighted to announce the launch of Christian’s Restaurant at the Beauchief Hotel on 23rd January 2010.
Christian will present Modern, British Cuisine using fresh, seasonal locally sourced ingredients, and will specialise in grilled steaks and fish.
Christian is passionate about food. He has spent over fifteen years working at Claridge’s and The Savoy in London. He returned to his home city Sheffield where he opened The Blue Room Brasserie in 2001.
He is now looking forward to the arrival of Christian’s Restaurant where customers can dine in a newly refurbished elegant, glamorous, intimate, surrounding.
Private dining is available within Christian’s Restaurant for parties up to 20 in the Abbeydale Suite and up to 30 in the Regal Suite.
Christian will also be extending his culinary skills to the Bar 161, The Ballroom and all private function rooms within the Beauchief hotel.
